We went from African safari sunsets to Seychelles seas: our dream honeymoon vlog series
Our dream honeymoon, in two playlists. Four days in the Masai Mara, five on the islands, and every episode right here so you can watch from start to finish.

In 2019, my husband and I spent our honeymoon in two very different corners of Africa: first on safari in the Masai Mara in Kenya, then on the islands of Seychelles. I filmed as much as I could along the way, and over the following few years I slowly edited it all into two playlists on my YouTube channel.
I’ll be honest, it took me nearly three years to find the willpower to finish the Seychelles videos. But I’m so glad I did. Watching them back now, from our home in Madrid, they remind me why travel has always mattered so much to the two of us. So I wanted to bring them together here in one place, a little honeymoon diary you can watch from start to finish.
Masai Mara, Kenya
We spent four days in the Masai Mara during the great migration, in the only place left on Earth where animals outnumber people. It was the most humbling start to married life I could have imagined. Watch the full playlist, or dip into the episodes below.

Seychelles
From the dust of the savannah we flew to the white sand and turquoise water of Seychelles, for five slow days of island life. Watch the full playlist, or follow along day by day.

Travel has always been an important part of our relationship. It makes us appreciate life a little more, and it shows us the values we share as a couple, reflected back at us from the world.
Kenya gave us awe, and Seychelles gave us stillness.
I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better pairing. If you’re planning a honeymoon of your own, or simply dreaming of Africa, I hope these videos give you a little inspiration. You’ll find more travel, dance and everyday life on my YouTube channel, and I’d really love to hear about your own favourite trips.
Warmly, Dee ♥︎
